May 26, 2023: Hefei issues the Implementation Rules for Several Policies to Support the Construction of the Grand Union of Innovation.

June 6, 2023: Jiang Zuojun, vice-chairman of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, inspected the construction of Grand Union of Innovation. 

June 10, 2023: The Grand Union of Innovation France Innovation Center was established.

July 19, 2023: The Hefei Scene Application Innovation Promotion Center Co Ltd was established. 

Aug 4, 2023: The first group of global partners signed contracts with the Grand Union of Innovation.
